https://www.museerne.dk sells admission tickets and season tickets to museums under Museum Sydøstdanmark.
2. Payment
Museum Sydøstdanmark accepts payment with the following debit and credit cards:
Dankort, VISA, MobilePay, Mastercard, JCB, Diners/Discover.
The amount is withdrawn from your account, after an email containing the confirmation of your order and the ticket(s) is send from www.museerne.dk. There can never be withdrawn a larger amount than the one you approved during the purchase.
3. Delivery
The tickets will be delivered to you by email. In order to receive your tickets, you must fill in a valid email address. You have to print your tickets yourself and bring them to the museum or the event.
4. Right of revocation
The agreement is binding when the purchase is accepted and the payment has taken place.
You have no right of revocation when you buy tickets on museerne.dk, cf. Forbrugeraftaleloven (The Danish Consumer Contracts Act) § 18, section 2, no. 12.
5. Tickets
The ticket is your admission card to the museum or an event. It is applied a bar code and it is only valid when the bar code is activated.
The bar code is only accepted one time. If it is attempted to be scanned more than once it will be rejected at the entrance.
If you are prevented from using your ticket you can sell it on www.buymyticket.dk or pass it on to a friend. Please note that it is illegal in Denmark to sell tickets at overprice.
6. Purchase of season tickets
When you have completed your purchase of a season ticket to Museum Sydøstdanmark, you will receive a voucher on the applied email address. Please bring this voucher on your next visit to one of Museum Sydøstdanmark's museums where you will receive your members card. Please approach our staff at the ticket counter of any of Museum Sydøstdanmark's museums to receive your members card. The members card is personal and may not be used by any other than the one whose name is stated on the card. The members card can therefore not be lent or transferred to others. If the members card is used by any other than the one whose name is stated on the members card, it will be withdrawn and there will be charged an admission fee.
The membership is valid from the date of purchase of the membership and will expire automatically after one year. If you have chosen 'automatic renewal', your membership will automatically be renewed on the expiry. You can regret your choice at any given time during the duration of the membership by changing your settings online on www.museerne.dk on the member's site or by sending an email to Museum Sydøstdanmark by using billet@museerne.dk.
By showing your members card you will receive a discount of 10% in Museum Sydøstdanmark's shops, 10% in our cafés etc. See all your benefits of membership on www.museerne.dk/arskort. Your purchases in the shops while using your members card will be registered for analysis of your purchases. This information is not given to any third party.
7. Refunds
On cancellation of an event, you will be contacted by Museum Sydøstdanmark. If possible, the tickets are transferred to another event. Otherwise the ticket price will be refunded. The repayment will be done to the debit or credit card used for the purchase. Expenses like shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
8. Cancellation
An event is cancelled if it is not carried out.
Changes in programme, dates or a partial carrying out of events etc. are not cancellations, and the tickets for the events are normally not refunded. For more information, read about the individual event.
9. Complaints
Every complaint concerning the event itself is to be addressed to the event organizer. Complaints concerning the purchase of tickets is to be addressed to billet@museerne.dk.
10. Avenue for complaint
If you want to place a formal complaint about your purchase, please contact billet@museerne.dk. If we are not able to find a solution for your problem, you can file a complaint with Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens (The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK-2500 Valby, or by using the website www.forbrug.dk. You also can use the European Commission's online complaint portal which, however, will be most relevant for consumers living outside Denmark. 11. Fees
Museum Sydøstdanmark provides tickets for the museums. All fees are disclosed clearly in connection to every individual event.
The following fees are used by Museum Sydøstdanmark:
11.1. Ticket fee – for free
There is no shipping fee on deliverance of tickets to your email address.
11.2. Replacement fee – when misfortune strikes
Have you lost or damaged your ticket, Museum Sydøstdanmark can help you to obtain new tickets before an event. We will charge 75 DKK in handling fee regardless the number of tickets, and additional 10 DKK for every ticket to be replaced.
12. Personal data policies
We gather personal data when you create a profile, purchase tickets, subscribe, send emails, or call us, or when you purchase tickets at a ticket office which uses our ticket or subscribing systems. This also applies when you use our websites, apps, social media sites or other media.
We use the gathered information in order to be able to deliver the purchased services and products, in order to observe the law, and to improve our services, marketing and customer support.
When you create a profile, purchase tickets, download an app or contact us by telephone, we may specifically ask you for permission to use your data for special purposes.
We register and transfer the personal data necessary to deliver the service or product to you.
We need the following information if you make a purchase with us: name, address, phone number and email address. We will also register your IP address and geolocation.
When you purchase a ticket or make a registration on behalf of another person, you concurrently confirm to have the right to register with this person's consent to do so.
When you purchase a ticket or sign up for an event, you give us the permission to use photos or videos, digitally or analogously, on which you may be depicted and which are taken or recorded during the event.
The personal data is registered by Museum Sydøstdanmark and stored for five years, after which they are deleted. The person responsible for personal data is CEO Keld Møller Hansen.
You have the right to obtain information about which data we store about you. If you think your data are incorrect you have the right to have them corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request us to do so. This could, for instance, be if your data no longer are relevant in connection with the purpose they were used and gathered for.
Please contact us, if you believe your personal data are handled contrary to the law. You can write to us at billet@museerne.dk. Formal complaints about the handling of personal data can be filed with Datatilsynet (The Danish Data Protection Agency), Borgergade 28, 5., DK-1300 København K.
In connection with the use of our services, you can choose to receive newsletters or special offers. Once subscribed, you can at any given time unsubscribe future communication by contacting the event organizer or by sending an email to billet@museerne.dk.
13. Partner relations and links
Museum Sydøstdanmark's website contains links to other websites and integrated sites but cannot be held accountable for use of personal data by third parties, eventually occurring on these sites, unless stated otherwise by invariable rules of Danish law.
