Denmark's Castle Center has set up a cozy café in the listed yellow staff building, which is the last remaining remnant of Prince Jørgen's mansion - built on the castle square in 1673.
In spring and autumn you can buy coffee, cake and cold drinks in the museum's arrival pavilion and enjoy it in the cozy café room - or outdoors, weather permitting. In the high season the café is staffed and offers coffee/cake as well as something to satisfy the little hunger pangs.
If you are looking for a larger lunch, we are happy to refer you to the many cafes and restaurants in the city.
The café follows the museum's opening hours. It is not possible to book a table.
Food and drinks brought in may not be enjoyed inside the museum, but can be eaten in our beautiful outdoor areas in historic surroundings.

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the Danish Castle Center's exhibitions and in the Goose Tower. Guide dogs are exempt, however. Pets are welcome on the castle grounds, remember to pick up any litter.
