Restaurant Holmegaard opened in 2020 and has since quickly established itself as a place in an absolutely special class on the Danish smørrebrød scene.
The restaurant is located in the idyllic brewery almost right next to the iconic glass museum, Holmegaard Værk, and with its charming and atmospheric decor sets the stage for a cozy and tasteful dining experience.
Add to that the food is of absolutely top quality. The shrimp are hand-peeled, the mayonnaise is made from scratch and the bread is homemade - and there is something for both young and old.
RESTAURANT OPENING HOURS
Restaurant Holmegaard always follows Holmegaard Værk's regular opening hours . In some cases, the restaurant may be closed due to private parties. In this case, we always offer an alternative in the museum's café, which is located inside the museum.
