Take a look down through the exhibition of glass and ceramics and see if you can spot anything from your childhood.

The glasses from Holmegaard and the ceramics from Kähler have been at the table for almost 200 years and have crept into our homes as applied art, packaging glass and art. Here is one of the very first milk dishes from Kähler's beginnings in 1839, beautiful glasses made for royal wedding gifts and unique pieces that can give any glass lover a distant, dreamy look.

Hear the designers' stories about the inspiration from the roaring 1920s, about new styles that are reflected in the glass, and about working with the materials that each requires their own. Essential for both is a close collaboration between craftsmen and artists, who together create the magic that draws on our shared cultural history.

200 years history in glass and ceramics

A large exhibition of Holmegaard glass and Kähler ceramics that will take anyone's breath away. Definitely worth a visit.
